Via Crucis
The Via Crucis commission for the Vatican comprises fourteen large-scale oil paintings, each measuring 1.30 × 1.30 metres. It was a great honour to realise the Stations of the Cross over the past year. Beginning on 18 February 2026, the works will be exhibited annually during the Passion and Easter season in the central nave of the Basilica di San Pietro in the Vatican.

The Stations of the Cross depict the path of Jesus’ suffering, from his sentencing by Pontius Pilate, through his death on the cross, to his rest in the tomb. The stations are arranged so that one can walk them deliberately, pausing at each station to reflect and pray.
